Shipping & Returns
*Please note over Christmas we will do our absolute best to get orders delivered within the service standard they are sent in. Our service standard is not a guarantee and orders which are not delivered within this desired time-frame are not automatically eligible for a credit.
- If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch asap. We may, at our discretion and only if the goods are in sale-able condition, either exchange your purchase or accept your purchase back whereby a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.
- Your item/s will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed and unstained.
- Buyer must cover shipping costs to and from for exchanges and for change in size.
- Returns must be received within 7 days of you receiving your items.
- We have a no refund policy on items returned after Christmas.
- Please ensure all returns are sent via tracked courier. We do not issue refunds on missing items.
