1. What material are your Christmas jumpers made from? Our Christmas Jumpers are made from premium knitted acrylic for a soft touch and feel — you won't want to take them off.
2. What material are your Christmas PJs made from? Our Christmas PJs are made from 95% bamboo and 5% spandex. Buttery soft and perfect for bed.
3. What is your sizing like? Our sizing is standard New Zealand and Australian sizing. We suggest choosing the size you would usually. Please refer to our size guide for garment measurements.
4. How do I wash my Christmas products?
Christmas Jumpers Cold machine wash, delicate cycle. Hang dry, do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not wash jumpers with LED lights — spot wash only.
Christmas PJs Cold wash separately, gentle cycle. Hang dry. Do not bleach. Cool iron on reverse side only.

6. How long does delivery take? Estimated delivery after dispatch is 1–3 business days for NZ urban addresses and 2–4 business days for NZ rural addresses. These are estimates, not guarantees. Pre-order and personalised items may need additional time before dispatch. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full rates and rural delivery information.
7. Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order is packed you will receive an email with your tracking information.

12. Will all names on our family stockings be the same size?
For our embroidered Christmas stockings, lettering size can vary between names, including within a matching family set. Names with letters extending below the line, such as g, j, p, q and y, can appear smaller. Longer names may also need to be reduced to fit.
13. Do you offer free delivery? Eligible NZ orders of $149.50 or more after discounts receive free standard delivery, including rural delivery. Below this, delivery is $9.95 urban or $13.95 rural. See Shipping & Returns for full details.
14. What are the recommended last order dates for Christmas 2026? For New Zealand delivery, we recommend ordering personalised products by 6 December 2026 and all other products by 16 December 2026. These are recommended dates, not guaranteed Christmas delivery dates. Please order early, especially for rural delivery, and allow extra time for personalised and pre-order items.
